You are invited to attend this 2 hour Kali Panantukan workshop on Sunday, April 26th, from 10:30-12:30pm
If you want to learn an art that's not only highly effective self defense, but super fun to train...then this is for you!
The format of the workshop....
Section 1: Foundations - stance, footwork, striking.
Section 2: Defense against common punches.
Section 3: Defense against impact & bladed weapons.
Section 4: Finishes, takedowns, ground defense
All levels are welcome!
No equipment necessary. Just clothes you are comfortable to train in.
We train safe and accommodate beginners and newcomers.
This is hands on training but you are always invited to sit out of any techniques or drills that you may be uncomfortable with.
