Panantukan "Dirty Boxing" Simplified for maximum effectiveness. 

The empty hand portion of Filipino Kali known as Panantukan is, at its core, a hitting art. 

Every movement, slip, off balancing technique, limb destruction, body manipulation, is designed to set up fight ending striking and combinations. 

This 1.5 hour class will focus on the essential movements, tactics, foundational footwork, and striking skills designed to end fights quickly and efficiently. 

Open to all levels, everyone who attends will walk away with something valuable; a higher sense of body awareness, inspiration to learn more about the art, and increased confidence in their ability to handle themselves.
